We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Representative to join our dynamic team at Ventura Growth. As a key player in driving our growth, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, booking discovery calls, and expanding our outbound pipeline.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their sales career to the next level in the (DSP) programmatic space. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales and working closely across all departments to build a successful pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in digital media or platform sales, preferably in a BDR or entry-level sales role. Experience at a DSP like Basis, Simpli.fi, or StackAdapt, or within the SMB marketing/advertising sector, is a strong plus.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged. With a knack for building meaningful relationships and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will excel in this role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package including a base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and location. This role is open to candidates across all relevant US markets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* 1-3 years of experience in digital media or platform sales*

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills*

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment*

* Familiarity with The Trade Desk platform (a plus)

* Proficiency in using Salesforce, email sequencing tools (Outreach.io), and LinkedIn Navigator*
