Job Description

The Senior Office Manager Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency in all aspects of their roles. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that requires a highly experienced individual who can handle complex administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism.
  • You will oversee the day-to-day office operations, including managing budgets, tracking expenses, and coordinating events and projects.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams.

Requirements:

  • Five years or more of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Zoom.
