The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is essential in shaping the customer experience at Classic Collision Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate customers about the repair process, including insurance claims and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
  • Coordinate with rental car and towing services to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers by the assigned service advisor or designated backup.
  • Assist in customer communication throughout the repair journey.
  • Monitor DRP assignments and capture rates of appointments.
  • Follow up on all DRP assignments to sustain sales for the center.
  • Maintain accurate DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily.
  • Secure appropriate payments and assist with invoice reconciliation.
  • Ensure customer comfort items are well-stocked and maintain the waiting area.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required, eligible for company insurance coverage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, employees are regularly required to use their hands, communicate verbally, and hear. They may frequently stand, sit, and walk for extended periods. Occasionally, employees may need to reach with their hands and arms and lift objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
