World Wide Technology Holding Co, LLC. (WWT) is seeking a talented Project Manager to oversee and facilitate a range of projects within the IT Department. This position emphasizes high-level reporting to executives.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2/3 days a week on site.

Position Duration: 6+ Months

Role Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and driven IT Project Manager to lead and support various IT initiatives. The primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive executive-level reports.

The IT Project Manager will be accountable for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements analysis to execution, monitoring, documentation, and project closure. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers and service delivery managers, while reporting directly to the VP of the PMO to enhance the Firm's project portfolio and other PMO initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess creativity, enthusiasm, and strong analytical skills, with a commitment to taking on responsibilities and acquiring new competencies. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced technology environment and demonstrate a high level of accountability for delivering exceptional project management outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leadership to define project scope and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • Develop and manage project plans, allocate resources, oversee budgets, and provide status updates to ensure accountability across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships between business units and technology teams to enhance client satisfaction on IT projects.
  • Collaborate across IT and other departments to ensure successful project oversight.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss solutions that meet their needs.
  • Effectively communicate user requirements to IT teams and collaborate on designing and implementing project solutions.
  • Create comprehensive roadmaps, project plans, and business requirements to ensure accurate and complete solutions.
  • Plan and manage projects by identifying tasks, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate with stakeholders to address challenges.
  • Utilize project management tools and techniques to keep projects on schedule.
  • Lead regular project status meetings with stakeholders and project teams, ensuring active follow-ups on project progress.
  • Ensure timely updates of project and operational tasks in relevant tools.
  • Monitor and create metrics, usage reports, and other measurements to assess the effectiveness of information platforms and content.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT Project Management, particularly within the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT security or infrastructure projects.
  • Exceptional skills in PowerPoint and executive-level reporting.
  • General knowledge of IT systems and networking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SDLC, etc.).
  • Experience in the Financial or Technology Consulting sectors is essential.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork abilities.
  • Demonstrated creativity, enthusiasm, and strong analytical skills, with a willingness to take on responsibilities and learn new skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust projects based on feedback from customers or management.
  • A high level of personal accountability for delivering an outstanding project management experience.
  • Capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced department.
