The Contractor Consultants is in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Commercial Flooring Sales and Project Coordinator to enhance our team.
In this position, you will manage estimating, sales project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of commercial flooring initiatives. Our adaptable work culture allows for independent operation, provided that tasks are completed with precision and punctuality. We prioritize professionalism, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset, without the need for micro-management.About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Manage existing client accounts while seeking new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with customers.
Contract Oversight:
Negotiate and manage contracts with potential clients and general contractors.
Project Management:
Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Resource Management:
Effectively allocate resources for assigned projects, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
Team Supervision:
Supervise onsite staff and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Negotiation Skills:
Negotiate with contractors to secure reasonable change order costs, maintaining project budgets.
Effective Communication:
Maintain high levels of communication and professionalism with superintendents and client project managers.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure meticulous attention to detail and adherence to original plans and specifications.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial flooring sales or related fields.
Familiarity with construction management software.
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage change orders and budgets effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Experience with flooring estimating and accounting software.
