Position Overview:

The Cybersecurity Solutions Architect will leverage extensive domain expertise to develop cybersecurity strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role involves applying advanced principles, theories, and methodologies to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. The individual will operate with significant autonomy and will be responsible for mentoring and guiding team members in both firm and technical skills.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Utilize knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity protocols to create comprehensive authorization packages and implement security controls.
  • Conduct cybersecurity evaluations of both new and existing architectures to ensure compliance with established security standards.
  • Generate documentation necessary for information system authorization packages and support ongoing monitoring of information systems.
  • Develop architecture deliverables tailored to the implementation of information security countermeasures for operational systems and systems in development.
  • Implement security measures in embedded systems and avionics in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Possess the ability to obtain a security clearance and maintain it throughout employment.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
  • Achieve IAT Level II DoD or M Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Technology Protection or Anti-Tamper initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and rapid prototyping in project management.
  • Understanding of position, navigation, and timing (PNT) concepts.
  • Knowledge of Global Positioning System (GPS) frameworks and methodologies.
  • Expertise in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) principles.
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture, microelectronics, and cybersecurity tools.
  • Ability to creatively apply cybersecurity and program protection concepts to meet unique system requirements.
  • Experience guiding an information system through the entire RMF process to achieve an Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • Possess a Secret clearance.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
