Position Overview:

The Cybersecurity Program Protection Analyst will utilize their expertise to devise cybersecurity strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role involves tackling complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions while exercising considerable independence in decision-making. The analyst will also mentor team members in both technical and organizational skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity protocols, including the creation of authorization packages and security control implementation.
  • Experience with Access Only Authorization Packages and related Authorizing Officials (AOs).
  • Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle, Systems Engineering (SE) principles, technical documentation, project management, and risk analysis methodologies.
  • Capability to perform cybersecurity evaluations of both new and existing architectures to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Expertise in generating documentation for information system authorization packages and providing ongoing monitoring support.
  • Skilled in developing architectural deliverables specific to cybersecurity countermeasures for operational and developmental systems, along with formulating security policies and guidelines.
  • Experience in implementing security measures in embedded systems and avionics in line with Air Force, DoD, and Commerce requirements.
  • Possession of a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
  • Certification at IAT Level II DoD or M level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Technology Protection or Anti-Tamper initiatives.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and rapid prototyping in project management and system development.
  • Knowledge of position, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems.
  • Familiarity with Global Positioning System (GPS) technologies.
  • Insight into model-based systems engineering (MBSE) practices.
  • Experience with cloud architecture, microelectronics, and cybersecurity tools.
  • Ability to apply cybersecurity and Program Protection concepts creatively to meet unique system requirements.
  • Experience guiding an information system through the RMF process to achieve Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
