We are particularly interested in Electrical Engineers who possess expertise or a keen interest in the modeling, simulation, and analysis of electronic warfare systems, radar technologies (both terrestrial and aerial), missile and aircraft systems, or RF/EO/IR sensor technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will leverage strong interpersonal skills and a robust technical background to collaborate with a highly specialized team of engineers and scientists, addressing complex technical inquiries regarding sophisticated systems. Additionally, the role entails providing technical oversight on a variety of projects.

The majority of the work will involve supporting the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Sensors Directorate. This role demands a diverse skill set in both technical and project management areas, offering the chance to make significant contributions to impactful and meaningful projects.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an ABET accredited institution in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant engineering experience, or a relevant Master's degree with appropriate work history.
  • Demonstrated experience in the modeling, simulation, and analysis of electronic warfare systems, radar technologies, missile and aircraft systems, or RF/EO/IR sensors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to working collaboratively with a highly technical team.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and possess (or be able to obtain) a Final Top-Secret Clearance.

Compensation Information

The pay range for this position is $101,000 to $183,300. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Various factors will be considered in determining the final offer, including job responsibilities, education, experience, and skills.
