We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise or enthusiasm in the modeling, simulation, and analysis of electronic warfare systems, radar technologies (both terrestrial and aerial), missile and aircraft systems, or RF/EO/IR sensor technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will leverage excellent interpersonal skills and robust technical knowledge to collaborate with a highly specialized team of engineers and scientists, addressing complex technical inquiries regarding sophisticated systems. Additionally, the role includes overseeing and providing technical guidance on a variety of projects.

A significant portion of the work will involve supporting the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community and the Air Force Research Laboratory's Sensors Directorate. This role demands a diverse array of technical and project management skills, offering the chance to make immediate contributions to impactful and significant projects.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an ABET accredited institution in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • 8-12+ years of pertinent engineering experience or equivalent professional history with a relevant Master's degree.
  • Proven experience in the modeling, simulation, and analysis of electronic warfare systems, radar technologies, missile and aircraft systems, or RF/EO/IR sensors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in collaborating with a highly technical team of engineers and scientists.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess (or be able to obtain) a Final Top-Secret Clearance.

Compensation Range:

The salary range for this position is $101,000 to $183,300. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation. Various factors are considered in extending an offer, including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
