About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic Field Sales Representative team in Business Sales. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth through door-to-door sales to small businesses in the telecommunication sector.

Your ability to build strong relationships and achieve sales targets will be critical in expanding our market share. We seek an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and proactively establish goals within flexible timelines.
  • Implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational and team goals.
  • Set and achieve your own ambitious sales targets while driving business growth.
  • Leverage in-person customer visits to promote cutting-edge technology solutions, driving engagement and product adoption.
  • Lead negotiations and develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers in small business accounts.
  • Engage in cross-department collaborations to align sales efforts with business goals and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales within the telecom industry.
  • Minimum one year of B2B experience in direct sales.
  • Proven track record and experience in consultative sales to small businesses.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
