Job Title: Vice President, Business Development & Growth

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., a leading management consulting and digital transformation company, is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Growth and Business Development team. As a key member of our Corporate Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase CALIBRE's market share and revenue.
  • Lead the Growth and Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operational divisions to develop and implement capture plans, proposal development, and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the President and CEO on business development and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and proposal development.
  • Proven track record of success in the Federal Government contracting space, including experience with Government Wide Acquisition Vehicles (GWAC).
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition and procurement practices, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Ability to analyze data to gain market and competitor insight, and convert insight into business opportunities.
  • DoD Secret Clearance or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with CALIBRE's operations and core competencies.
  • Extensive network of Government and industry relationships.
