Clinical Trial Sales Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our cloud-based platform, StudyTeam, which brings research site workflows online and enables sites, sponsors, and other stakeholders to collaborate effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales and leadership skills, including experience in the healthcare industry, contract negotiation, strategic thinking, and digital health evolution.
Key Responsibilities- Sell clinical trial management solutions to academic medical centers, health systems, hospitals, and clinical site networks
- Negotiate and close contracts with key stakeholders
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Balance warm leads with self-generated prospecting efforts
- Develop strong customer and prospect relationships
- Identify business process gaps and needs at clinical sites
- Coordinate and demonstrate StudyTeam software
- Qualify, quantify, and communicate sales pipeline accurately
- Participate in trade shows when appropriate
- 4+ years of experience selling to health systems, academic medical centers, or clinical site networks
- Prior experience selling clinical trial software is a plus
- Proven success rate above sales quota
- Bachelor's degree, master's preferred
- Limited travel required
- Experience selling software into Site Directors/Managers, VP Operations, CROs conducting clinical research
- Familiarity with native SaaS solutions and their value relative to on-premise solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
