HRIS and Benefit Administrator

This role is responsible for providing support and administration in the benefits and HRIS functions of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Federal and State employment law, as well as excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and adheres to the Biblical standards of moral conduct.
- Provides administrative support to the HR Office, including benefit program enrollment and termination process, employee communication, and leave management.
- Ensures compliance with all federal/state employment laws, insurance regulations, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Acts as Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator and administers the cost containment program.
- Assists with the logistics for HR sponsored events and provides back up support for completing Verification of Employment requests.
- Completes other requests as needed or directed by HR Leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent years of experience.
- CEBS certification is a plus.
- Possess high level of integrity and unquestionable character.
- Hold closely the stewardship of Every Home for Christ ministry and people.
- Demonstrate servant's heart with humility in service to Every Home staff.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and stay up to date on all current Federal and State employment law changes.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This position is benefit eligible: medical insurance, employer HSA contributions, dental insurance, life/disability insurance, retirement plan match, paid holidays, paid time off, paid days to spend in prayer.
