Responsibilities and Qualifications

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and adhering to Every Home's vision statement, statement of faith, and employee standards.
  • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Office, including benefit program enrollment and termination processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws, insurance regulations, and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Acting as Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator and administering the ministry's workers' compensation program.
  • Staying current with changing benefit regulations and providing legal updates to the HR department.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, and 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in benefit administration or leave management. CEBS certification is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position is benefit eligible, with medical insurance, employer HSA contributions, dental insurance, life/disability insurance, retirement plan match, paid holidays, paid time off, and paid days to spend in prayer.
