Key Responsibilities of the Spa Manager
  • Team Leadership: Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff, in collaboration with the Spa Director or owner. Manage a team of 10-18 specialists, coordinating schedules and maximizing efficiency.
  • Sales Management: Establish sales targets and motivate the team to achieve goals related to retail, memberships, and gift cards.
  • Reporting: Generate weekly sales reports, bi-weekly payroll summaries, and end-of-month figures. Adjust monthly objectives to align with annual business targets.
  • Leadership Development: Inspire and train team members to inform guests about treatments and products, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, while implementing contests and incentives to meet annual goals.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure treatment rooms and storage areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to state regulations.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local educational institutions, participating in job fairs and developing internship programs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction in the industry.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee monthly inventory and supply management.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing campaigns and in-house promotions.

Qualifications for Spa Manager
