Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote optimal recovery and prevention of future injuries.
  • Collaborate with our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, and incorporate this knowledge into your treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program and current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana.
  • At least one year of experience working in an outpatient neurological or orthopedic setting, or previous vestibular rehabilitation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of vestibular, balance, neurological, and orthopedic conditions, and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment.
