Key Responsibilities of the Spa Manager
  • Team Leadership: Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff, with support from the Spa Director or owner. Manage a team of 10-18 specialists, including scheduling and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Sales Management: Establish sales targets and motivate the team to achieve goals in retail, memberships, and gift card sales.
  • Reporting: Generate weekly sales reports, bi-weekly payroll reports, and end-of-month financial summaries. Adjust monthly targets to align with annual business objectives.
  • Leadership Development: Inspire and train team members to educate clients about services and products, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure treatment rooms and storage areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to state regulations.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with local educational institutions, participate in job fairs, and develop internship programs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in the industry.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee monthly inventory and supply management.

Qualifications for the Spa Manager Position
