Position Overview

Leidos is in search of a Document Management Analyst to operate in a dynamic and varied environment. The successful candidate will be part of a management team that promotes professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute moderately complex litigation support activities, which may include thorough examination and assessment of case documents across various subjects, such as financial statements, healthcare documentation, and other legal files;
  • Accurate indexing of case documentation;
  • Develop procedures for completing litigation support tasks;
  • Engage in document acquisition-related responsibilities;
  • Perform database inquiries;
  • Review and refine deliverable outputs;
  • Occasionally lead a larger team of Document Management Technicians and administrative support personnel;
  • Gather and assess evidence in newly filed claims;
  • Accountable for evaluating claim-related evidence, managing databases, and meticulously documenting processes in accordance with established guidelines;
  • May provide assistance with case management tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in significant litigation support projects or possession of an undergraduate degree;
  • Proven capability to work autonomously within a team setting;
  • Hands-on experience with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to data processing systems, office automation networks, PC-based databases, and applications such as Oracle, Relativity, or similar document review platforms;
  • Proficient user of the Government's office and network systems, including word processing, database management, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications tools;
  • Exceptional document review abilities (evaluating claims, patient records, etc.)
  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Government and/or Litigation Support setting is preferred;
  • Familiarity with claims processing;
  • Undergraduate degree is preferred;
  • Possession of a current or active clearance is advantageous.

This role is governed by the Service Contract Act and adheres to minimum requirements. Leidos is committed to ensuring compliance with all provisions.
