Manage legal correspondence and documentation, ensuring proper indexing and organization.

Assist in drafting and preparing appellate briefs.

Utilize advanced litigation management software, including Relativity.


Coordinate document production efforts, including attorney reviews for pertinent and privileged materials, while collaborating with eDiscovery and Litigation Support teams.

Maintain organized deposition files and indices for deposition exhibits.

Support the preparation of materials for witness depositions.

Facilitate court filing processes.

Track and manage litigation deadlines effectively.

Be available for overtime or travel as necessary.

Engage in the training and oversight of litigation clerks.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in litigation is required; a Paralegal certification is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ITC and district court settings.

Proven expertise in litigation software, particularly Relativity and Sharepoint, is highly desirable.


Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including virtual meeting platforms such as Teams and Zoom, with the ability to adapt to the software and databases utilized by the firm and its clients.

Demonstrated experience with case and matter management systems or other database technologies for data and information management.

Strong research capabilities and adeptness in utilizing various research tools, including online resources and court websites.
