Position Overview
Leidos is in search of a Document Management Analyst to contribute to our operations. This role is essential in a dynamic and varied workplace, where you will be supported by a management team dedicated to your professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute moderately complex litigation support activities, including thorough examination and assessment of case documents across various topics, such as financial statements, healthcare documentation, and other legal files;
- Accurate indexing of case records;
- Formulate procedures for executing litigation support tasks;
- Engage in document acquisition processes;
- Perform database inquiries;
- Review and refine deliverables;
- Occasionally lead a larger team of Document Management Technicians and administrative support personnel;
- Compile and evaluate evidence in newly filed claims;
- Accountable for assessing claim-related evidence, managing databases, and meticulously documenting processes according to established guidelines;
- May provide assistance with case management tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in significant litigation support projects or possession of an undergraduate degree;
- Proven ability to operate independently within a collaborative environment;
- Hands-on experience with governmental office and network systems, including data processing environments, office automation networks, PC-based databases, and applications such as Oracle, Relativity, or other document review tools;
- Proficient in using governmental office and network applications, including word processing, database management, spreadsheet software, imaging, and telecommunications systems;
- Strong skills in document review (evaluating claims, patient records, etc.)
- Must be a US Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust Clearance.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in a Government and/or Litigation Support setting in addition to basic qualifications is preferred;
- Familiarity with claims processing;
- Undergraduate degree is preferred;
- Possession of a current or active clearance is advantageous.
This position adheres to the Service Contract Act and complies with all applicable requirements. Leidos is committed to ensuring that all provisions are met. The compensation for this role is set at $19.12 per hour.
