About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales team at SHOPLINE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing engagement strategies to educate and inform potential customers about our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through email outreach and other online channels, and consistently follow up at designated touch-points throughout the customer journey.
  • Advance high-quality leads through the sales funnel, schedule client meetings, and facilitate introductions with our account executive team.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospects, utilizing effective probing techniques to identify their needs and qualify their interest and viability, preparing them for hand-off to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and contact information in the CRM system, while also providing support for reporting efforts.
  • Stay informed about outreach strategies and recommend best practices by conducting tests on various types of messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with and provide feedback and insights to the Marketing department to enhance targeting and messaging strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales development or a related field.
  • Strong emailing & Linkedin outreach sales skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to identify customer needs and qualify their interest.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with account executives and the marketing team.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections and rejection in a professional manner.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
