About the Role

Prowess Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative/Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the healthcare and financial industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare and financial industries
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and tailor sales approaches to meet their specific needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or technology
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or financial industries
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, plus variable compensation
