Logistics Sales Opportunity

Larkin Express Logistics is a transportation company specializing in standard and project freight. We are currently seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to assist in business development and account management. If you are motivated, able to work both individually and cooperatively, and searching for an environment that is both challenging and rewarding, then this position may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business development by following warm leads and onboarding new customers
  • Research and qualify new leads to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Create proposals and provide freight quotes to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth
  • Build reports from sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
  • Liaison with Operations Team to ensure seamless customer service and support

Requirements:

  • At least Two (2) years of sales experience and account management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills to create professional proposals and reports
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Preferred knowledge of Trucking and 3PL Brokerage Operations to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Traveling as required to meet with customers and attend industry events

This position is located in Charleston, SC. Compensation commensurate with experience.
