About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Badger Infrastructure Solutions. As an OSR, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and expands our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow Badger's business
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a business development role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
