**About Us**

Maumee Supply is a leading provider of high-end plumbing, heating, and cooling solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master our extensive product lines, including plumbing fixtures, hardware, and furnishings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the selection process and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, driving sales growth and market share.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, addressing any product or order issues in a timely manner.
  • Partner with vendors, customer service representatives, and technical support to resolve customer concerns and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing efforts, including bid/price quote follow-up calls and emails, order follow-up calls and emails, and handwritten thank-you notes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge through ongoing education and training.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized showroom, adhering to daily and weekly maintenance checklists.
  • Assist with building displays, including painting, installing new faucets and hardware, and moving furniture and fixtures as needed.
  • Attend on- and off-site meetings, training sessions, networking nights, and special events as required.
  • Maintain a high level of individual sales performance, striving to meet showroom sales goals set by the Showroom Manager.

Requirements

  • High school degree required; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Sales experience required, with high-end, luxury brand retail sales experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Punctual and polished, with an excellent work ethic.
  • Persuasive selling skills, with the ability to listen and translate client needs into successful sales conversions.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals and teams.
  • Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues.
  • Digitally savvy, with the ability to successfully connect with clients virtually as needed.
  • Available to work alternating Saturdays and some early evening hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated history of luxury showroom sales experience, including specifying custom finishes and designs.
  • Kitchen and bath experience is highly desired.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Longevity in prior work positions.
  • Familiarity with Epicor Eclipse software.

Physical Requirements

  • Maintain Showroom Dress Code.
  • Ability to lift 15-30 pounds, more with assistance from a team member.
  • Ability to work for a prolonged amount of time both sitting and standing.
