The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in assisting one of the most rapidly advancing teams within our company, paving the way for diverse career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide essential support to our field sales team while actively participating in various marketing initiatives. Your primary duties will include:
- Collaborating with the sales team by managing schedules, organizing critical documents, crafting sales presentations, and relaying pertinent information.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints and offering after-sales assistance as needed.
- Compiling necessary reports, data, and insights to facilitate the creation of presentations or showcase results.
- Notifying clients of any unexpected delays or issues.
- Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting enhancements.
- Assisting in the preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.
- Occasional travel to trade shows and events.
- Collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Public Relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability, a sense of urgency, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
