Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming online inquiries and phone leads.
  • Engage with potential customers to schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
  • Guide customers to relevant product information resources, including online platforms.
  • Assist with in-store sales and walk-in customers.
  • Ensure timely communication of inquiries/messages to other sales staff and departments.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable.
  • Background in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
