Position Overview

Litify operates on the robust Salesforce Platform, and we are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to become a vital member of our expanding Customer Success team.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in Salesforce consulting and is passionate about assisting clients in discovering innovative solutions to their process needs through Salesforce configurations. You thrive on problem-solving and are not hesitant to seek guidance from others. You enjoy working closely with a select group of clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their unique organizations and requirements while collaborating with a larger team across sales and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities by effectively engaging with clients to comprehend their specific needs and provide viable solutions.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to implement declarative changes in their Salesforce environment, adhering to established QA and launch protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between client challenges and their objectives.
  • Partner with clients to devise solutions that enhance user efficiency and improve business management practices.
  • Coordinate with Support Engineers to address potential issues or errors in configurations.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to realize a vision for the future state of assigned client organizations.
  • Perform standard Salesforce administrative tasks, including user setup, profile and role configuration, and report and dashboard creation.
  • Develop time-saving automations utilizing Flows.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices and articulate the advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolve requests within established service level agreements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform in roles such as IT leader, Administrator, or Consultant.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Automations, with a strong preference for expertise in Flow, particularly in record-triggered flows, collections, loops, and configuring third-party lightning components.
  • Solid technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is preferred.
  • Exceptional empathetic listening skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and foster trust with clients.
  • Experience in project management, including managing complex projects while maintaining stakeholder expectations and adhering to scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable discussing complex technical topics with diverse audiences, possessing strong presentation skills, and capable of facilitating meetings effectively.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues across the Salesforce platform, including application, database, network, and integration layers.
  • Understanding of user setup, profile and role configuration, and report and dashboard management within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with data migration processes from CSV, SQL, or other systems to Salesforce, utilizing tools such as the Apex Data Loader.
  • Experience with accounting platforms (e.g., FinancialForce, Accounting Seed) and/or knowledge of legal accounting is a significant advantage.
  • Background in Plaintiff law, Insurance Defense, or Enterprise legal management is a plus.
  • Experience in researching, installing, and configuring third-party applications within Salesforce environments.
  • Able to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously, including de-escalating issues as necessary.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, with potential bonuses and benefits.
