ABM is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our Talent Acquisition team. Your expertise will help us improve our recruitment processes and ensure that our team has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Partner with Learning and Development to develop and implement training initiatives
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related work experience
  • 4 years of related experience, including 2 years of training experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Oracle Recruiting Center (ORC), highly preferred
  • Talent Acquisition experience preferred

Professional Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Public speaking capabilities
  • Ability to motivate and engage an audience
  • Strong people skills and highly collaborative

Working Environment and Travel Requirements:

  • Core business hours with occasional flexibility to include evenings, weekends, and overnight travel (if needed)
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

Pay: $82,900–$101,900

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
