Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of metalwork projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
2. Lead a team of skilled professionals, providing mentorship and motivation to achieve high-quality results.
3. Analyze blueprints and customer specifications to design and develop metal products.
4. Apply knowledge of metal properties and fabrication techniques for effective production.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the manufacturing sector.
3. Proficient in CNC operations, metal production, and fabrication techniques.
4. Strong skills in AutoCAD, Microvellum, and other relevant software.
5. In-depth knowledge of welding methods and fabrication processes.
6. Proven leadership experience in managing teams and large-scale projects.
7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
8. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
9. High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.
10. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
12. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
13. A valid driver's license may be required.
