Landscape Crew Supervisor

MSNW Group LLC is seeking a skilled Landscape Crew Lead to supervise, train, and work with Landscaping Technicians on commercial accounts.

The successful candidate will oversee lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, trimming, fertilization, weed control, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks.

• Mowing, weeding, pruning, edging, blowing, raking, sodding, seeding, and fertilizing commercial properties.
• Ensuring client satisfaction.
• Operating power equipment such as mowers, riding mowers, electric shears, edgers, chainsaws, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Recommending improvements to existing operations to improve quality and efficiency of operations.
• Maintaining and promoting safe working conditions in the field.
• Responding properly to clients and following up to ensure their needs have been completed to their satisfaction.
• Performing other duties as directed by the Landscape Manager.
• Ensuring the crew meets projected man hour and materials budgets on assigned work tickets.
• Preparing and securing all materials, tools, and equipment daily.
• Topping off with fuel, turning in paperwork to the office, cleaning the service vehicle, and preparing for the next day's activity.
• Assigning tasks to crew members and following up to ensure directed work was completed.
• Ensuring all crew members report to work on time and follow all company rules and procedures.
• Taking appropriate disciplinary actions as necessary and involving the Landscape Manager when necessary.
• Training and developing members on company safety policies.
• Training crew members to perform landscape jobs effectively and efficiently.
• Able to cross-train crew members in the performance of the Crew Leader's role for future growth.

• 2+ years of experience in landscape work.
• A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Preferably 1+ year of experience supervising a landscape crew.
• Pay: $20-$25 per hour.
• Schedule: 7 am-4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
