Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors
  • Review and approve invoices for materials and labor
  • Perform quality control visual walk-throughs on completed jobs

Requirements:

  • 3 years of site supervising experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
