About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Eide Bailly. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our audit department and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to audit partners, managers, and staff, including typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming workflow to meet all deadlines in a deadline-focused environment.
  • Prepare and assemble reports, company materials, and client documents as directed.
  • Conduct math checks, proofing, and formatting of financial statements before they are processed.
  • Process client confirmations and manage client relationships.
  • Assist with processing outgoing mail and organize incoming mail for partners as directed.
  • Perform a wide range of general administrative duties, including running errands, for the audit department and office.
  • Perform backup receptionist duties as needed, answering and directing incoming calls and greeting clients.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and 2 years of past administrative support experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to review communications and fix errors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, DocuSign, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat, with experience in Power BI and Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and collaborate with the entire administrative team to ensure project deadlines are met and workload is evenly dispersed.
