Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at GE Healthcare. This is a critical role that requires a high level of administrative expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership teams, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentations, and managing calendars.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication of key information.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, including coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and tracking progress.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including providing training and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with senior management and high-profile clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications.
  • Skills: Familiarity with relational databases and knowledge of relevant applications, such as GE Internet and Support Central.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
