We are seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. This role is integral to maintaining the pristine environment of our Nordic Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure locker rooms are impeccably clean and well-stocked at the start and throughout each shift.
  • Lead and supervise routine and deep cleaning tasks, adhering to established schedules.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders to guarantee staff have necessary supplies.
  • Facilitate quick turnaround of lockers to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Create efficient schedules that align with peak demand while adhering to budgeted labor costs.
  • Execute assigned tasks with minimal oversight, ensuring high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Address any operational shortfalls promptly, providing clear expectations and real-time coaching.
  • Support the development of team members through resources, guidance, and constructive feedback.
  • Maintain organized and clean spaces to enhance guest experiences.
  • Complete work processes seamlessly to respect guests' desire for tranquility.
  • Foster a welcoming environment through positive communication and interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in Spa or Hospitality settings.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Strong guest service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for Guest Service and Health and Wellness.

Working Conditions:

This role may require extended hours and weekend shifts to accommodate business demands. The work environment is fast-paced, involving frequent interaction with guests and staff, and may include outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

Regular tasks involve reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting. Candidates should be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds and possess visual acuity for monitoring operations and ensuring compliance with standards.
