Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a wide array of guest activities tailored for both summer and winter seasons, aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills while managing multiple tasks.
  • Prepare and arrange seating, loungers, and other poolside furniture.
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests to the recreational areas.
  • Provide guests with towels, refreshments, and respond to their requests.

  • Interpret and communicate Banquet Event Orders and internal messages as necessary.
