Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all spa group reservations, responding to inquiries promptly and providing contracts and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Support the resort sales team in creating proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Ensure accurate communication across all departments regarding sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback and reviews on various platforms regularly.
  • Maintain consistency in all marketing materials and communications with Alyeska Nordic Spa's brand standards.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Marketing team.
  • Manage social media content, including content creation, in collaboration with the Corporate Social Media Marketing manager.
  • Compile, analyze, and present reports on group sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute local event activations, tradeshows, and exhibitions in partnership with the Corporate Marketing team.
  • Implement local sales initiatives, fostering strong partnerships within the community to maximize revenue.
  • Assist with familiarization trips and site inspections as needed.
  • Oversee inventory of promotional materials, food & beverage menus, and signage in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Post-secondary education in Sales & Marketing is an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Intermediate skills in Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience in content creation for social media is advantageous (photography, videography, editing, graphic design).
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
  • A genuine passion for mental and physical wellness.

Working Conditions
Conditions may include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
  • Effective communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
