Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Director to lead our crisis programs. The successful candidate will provide regional leadership, manage multiple clinical programs, and ensure regulatory requirements are met. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in need.
Responsibilities- Oversee the management of direct service crisis programs, assessing strengths and needs.
- Analyze outcomes for improvement opportunities in concert with the outcome and evaluation department.
- Participate in the identification of outcome measures related to acute psychiatric crisis.
- Negotiate and develop program proposals, monitor performance to program and outside agency contracts.
- Resolve issues with outside agency customers, including law enforcement agencies, educational settings, shelters, and community clinics.
- Develop service programming utilizing best practices.
- Facilitate integration of staff efforts at all levels within programs and support teams.
- Assess, evaluate, and manage risk.
- Manage and assure continuous development of the Director, Associate Director, CPM, and Program Supervisor management skills.
- Manage projects and service processes to develop and implement improvements in quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure the implementation of the agency's vision and mission.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Five years direct clinical experience, including three years in the area of children's mental health.
- Three years of clinical supervisory experience.
- California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
- Business management and organizational development experience.
- Community-based program design and implementation experience.
