Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Crisis Clinician I to join our team. This role will provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and clinical interventions for individuals and families in crisis.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify individual and family strengths and needs.
  • Develop effective treatment plans with clear and measurable intervention strategies.
  • Provide clinical leadership and coordination of comprehensive Functional Behavior Analysis and plans.
  • Facilitate the development and refinement of effective behavior and risk-specific reactive and proactive safety plans.
  • Monitor effectiveness and efficiency of interventions with individuals and families.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage Family Counselor, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • One year of supervised clinical experience with children or adults.
  • Licensed according to California state law.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two to three years of clinical experience with adults or children.
  • Training in domestic violence, physical/sexual child abuse, trauma, and competency to maintain current knowledge related to state, county, and local law.
  • Experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities with culturally diverse populations.
  • Bilingual communication skills in another language.
About the Role

This is an ON CALL role that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide comprehensive services to individuals and families in crisis.
