Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Family Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our Mobile Mental Health Evaluation Team, you will work with youth and young adults experiencing mental health crises, providing critical support and interventions to ensure their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide direct services to youth and families, including mental health evaluations and interventions.
- Develop and implement strength-based plans to support family-driven goals and outcomes.
- Collaborate with community resources to provide comprehensive support and services.
- Document interactions and practices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Meet and exceed direct service expectations and documentation requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in a mental health setting.
- A BA/BS in a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with youth, families, and community resources.
