KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Overseeing youth intake procedures

- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans

- Executing treatment strategies for youth

- Providing family counseling and support services

EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related discipline

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1-4 years of pertinent professional experience

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficiency in therapeutic assessment and treatment
  • Ability to assess family dynamics
  • Familiarity with Child and Adolescent Mental Health standards

ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver's license
  • Verification of licensure/certification
  • Successful completion of mandated training courses
