Job DescriptionChild & Family Service is a community-based organization dedicated to strengthening families and fostering the healthy development of children. Our statewide support, counseling, and therapeutic programs help individuals and families heal from trauma, prevent abuse and neglect, and break the cycle of generational poverty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct services to families/caregivers within assigned Family Guidance Centers or Family Court Liaison Branches.
  • Work closely with families, Care Coordinators, and Treatment Teams to ensure family needs are met.
  • Develop services based on family requests and participate in meetings to support and encourage their voice.


Requirements
  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Six months plus of experience as a primary caregiver for a youth with serious mental health challenges.
  • Certification as a Parent Support Provider (PSP) by the National Federation of Families in Children's Mental Health or equivalent.
