Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Pediatric Therapies Hawaii. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our families, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication, and maintaining accurate patient information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and greet patients and families with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Assist with the intake process for new patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and verified
  • Manage therapists' calendars and schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Coordinate with families to ensure timely arrivals and departures, and provide education on our policies and procedures
  • Arrange translation services as needed to support our diverse patient population
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or administrative setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
