Job Title: Clinical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Pediatric Therapies Hawaii. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of therapists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services to children on the island of Maui.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plans of care, and provide effective treatment to progress children toward their goals.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care.
  • Assist families in obtaining medically necessary durable medical equipment.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in community outreach, marketing, and events.
  • Support the team and clinic to fulfill our vision and help more children.
  • Ensure therapist schedules are full, documentation is completed timely and accurately, and therapy staff are meeting their goals.
  • Oversee volunteers in the clinic.
  • Schedule monthly/quarterly in-clinic activities for staff.
Requirements:
  • Pediatric PT or OT therapy experience (5 years preferred).
  • OT or PT degree with an active license in the United States (will need to obtain license in Hawaii).
  • Live on the island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Tenacity to reach goals and targets.
  • Ability to empower others through management.
