Human Resources Operations Analyst

Adecco is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Human Resources Operations Analyst. This is a temporary position that focuses on supporting various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct I-9 verifications to ensure compliance.
- Audit and transition HR documents effectively.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- At least 1 year of experience in onboarding processes and I-9 compliance.
- Experience in project management involving data handling, auditing, and HRIS.
- Proficiency in technology tools, particularly G Suite (especially Google Drive), HRIS, Slack, and DocuSign.
Additionally, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with I-9s, including knowledge of foreign national regulations.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Duration: This position is expected to last between 2 to 6 months.
Compensation: The pay rate is $35 per hour.

Employees can also access an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Our benefits are designed to provide flexibility and meet individual needs.
