Job Summary

The Human Resource/Payroll Coordinator position at Dunmore Health Care Center is a vital role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to administer and perform human resources/payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and perform human resources/payroll functions in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles and state and federal regulations.
  • Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Administrative Policies and Procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, support agencies, and community staff in the performance of duties.
  • Work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • SHRM certificate preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration required.
  • Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers compensation & unemployment.
