Human Resources Professional

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to support its team in Pittsburgh, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations for multi-state locations
  • Facilitate recruitment efforts and new hire orientation
  • Participate in employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience
  • Previous recruitment experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and attention to detail
  • Advanced PC skills and experience with applicant tracking systems
