Job Summary

The Business Services Representative is a key member of our commercial banking team, responsible for delivering cash management solutions to businesses and commercial banking relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of business deposits and related services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business and commercial bankers to provide joint calls to clients and prospects, leveraging expertise in business deposits and treasury solutions.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
  • Introduce clients to other branch team members or bank partners who can provide solutions for their financial needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in sales or financial services sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of business deposits and related services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and technology.
  • Strong teamwork and influence skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, business banking, lending, merchant services, or treasury management.
  • Knowledge of business deposit and cash management solutions, as well as financial literacy and retail and wealth solutions.
