Job Title: Event Sales Manager

Union Square Events is seeking a highly skilled Event Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and producing full-service off-premises catered events in accordance with our company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Drive top-line revenue through proactive outreach and relationship-building
  • Create repeat business by cultivating strong client relationships
  • Develop strong relationships with venues and event vendors
  • Seek feedback for lost business and implement improvements
  • Maintain awareness of annual events, competition, and industry trends
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of event or catering experience
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Technology savvy and initiative-driven
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, as well as food trends and culinary interests
