Key Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, aiding in the analysis of financial data to assess current and future financial performance, which includes managing monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning.
- Collaborate with various departments and leadership to offer insights regarding reports, analytics, strategic initiatives, business plans, and performance targets.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss analysis, risk and opportunity assessments, and provide commentary to illuminate business insights.
- Assist in the consolidation of financial data, fulfill monthly reporting obligations, and prepare special ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations for management review.
- Recommend enhancements to streamline financial reporting processes and budgeting practices.
- Deliver accurate and timely feedback on discrepancies and questionable financial conditions.
- Provide financial advisory services concerning pricing strategies and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant finance experience.
- MBA is preferred.
- Proficient in financial software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
